Join the Arizona Parks and Recreation Association (APRA) and NAYS for an interactive Academy Prep Session on Tuesday, October 6th in Chandler, AZ. This intensive, hands-on experience is designed to strengthen your understanding of key concepts, guide you through the certification process, and connect you with other professionals in the field. 

The CYSA certification is open to professionals at every level—whether you're just starting out or leading an organization. With nearly 8,000 certified professionals nationwide, this credential is a proven way to stand out and advance in the field. 

Through the Academy, you’ll build expertise in essential areas like: 

-Youth sports philosophy 

-Volunteer and parent management 

-Child abuse prevention 

-Conflict resolution 

-Safety, emergency and risk management 

-Program evaluation and marketing
