2026 Conference Speaker Submission


The event will be held August 31 - September 2, 2025 at the Phoenix Convention Center.


Have the following information available before you begin your submission or the information will not be saved:  

Name, organizations, title, session description and outline, learning outcomes, email, headshot(s), and bio(s).


Please note the following: 

1. Deadline to submit is January 31, 2026. 

2. Details provided herein, will be used in the conference roadmap and/or conference app.

Changes/updates made to sessions after approval must be emailed 30 days in advance to admin@azpra.org AND the Education Chair, Becky Kuiper rebecca.kuiper@chandleraz.gov.


Tentative notification timeline: 

Once proposals close, the education committee will have 3 weeks to review and select speakers. Notifications for both selected sessions and those not selected will take place in March. Sessions not selected initially may still be included later to complete the schedule.

- Each room will have a projector, screen, speakers, and microphone. Please ensure you bring a laptop and HDMI cord, as well as a clicker and hotspot should you want one.

Session Information
Please answer each of the following questions so the Education Committee can accurately evaluate your submission.

Required for ALL submissions. The outline is used in the session selection process and the CEU approval process. INCLUDE a detailed outline of your session with topics and subtopics.

Majority of our sessions are "Single Session", we have very limited availability for "Workshops"

Please remember that due to our non-profit status, the budget for paid speakers is limited. 

If your session is selected and compensation approved, you will receive an agreement to sign. A copy of your W-9 will be required to receive payment, please send a copy with the signed speaker agreement. 

**The speaker is required to make all arrangements for travel including hotel, flights and transportation. These fees should be built into the speaker fee, APRA will not do reimbursements of any sort.**

Lunch and conference attendance is not included as part of the speaker agreement. If you wish to attend sessions, luncheons, social activities or other conference related events, these items must be purchased in advance using the conference registration links.

Conference speakers are eligible to receive a discount for an education registration package.  A special code can be requested directly from the Education Chair. This registration is available for the speaker only and cannot be transferred. Pre-registration is required before the closing date.
