Team Collaboration & Outdoor Project Tour

Join the APRA Outdoor & Natural Resources TEAM for a gathering at the Marana Aquatics and Recreation Center (MARC) for a time of discussion, collaboration, and connection. Following our meeting, we’ll head to El Rio Preserve for a short outdoor walk and talk highlighting a local invasive plant project funded through the DFFM Invasive Plant Grant program.

During the tour, we’ll walk around the pond and along a nearby trail, where we’ll have the opportunity to see the grant-funded project in action, view local petroglyphs, and learn about the preserve’s new solar aeration system. The walk will cover approximately 1.5 miles on relatively flat terrain with no elevation gain.

We’ll wrap up the gathering with a complimentary team lunch, giving everyone time to connect and continue the conversation.
