Programming 

Assess community needs and identify target audiences.

Develop inclusive and engaging programming.

Risk Management 

Understand key safety considerations including site set up, first aid, and staffing ratios. 

Empower staff to recognize early signs of unsafe behavior or environmental risks. 

Develop operating procedures for vehicle use, equipment set up, facilitation, and clean up. 

Branding 

Define the unit’s brand identity and purpose. 

Establish consistent visual branding elements. 

Leverage social media and online presence.

Lunch will be provided and is sponsored by the APRA Recreation & Facilities TEAM

CEUs will be offered for each educational session.
